Description
The salmon are caught alive on the far North East coast of Scotland in bag nets, hence the varying sizes of the whole fish, between May and August, and smoked in the traditional manner that has been passed down from one generation to another over many decades. Therefore out of season the fish will have been previously frozen, so should not be re-frozen. Weight 200gm
