1) CAFÉ SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Conker Cold Brew
- 200ml classic Indian tonic water
- Wedge of fresh orange
METHOD
Simply swap out your gin for Conker Cold Brew – remembering to add the Cold Brew after the tonic (otherwise all hell breaks loose). Garnish with a belt of orange peel. There’s way more to coffee liqueur than espresso martinis…
2) COLD BREW NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Conker Cold Brew
- 25ml Dorset Dry Gin
- 25ml Suze Aperitif
- Orange wheel to garnish
METHOD
The simple ones are often the best. Build over ice in a tumbler glass and stir for a few moments to allow dilution with ice melt. Finish with a wheel of orange and get ready for the hit. For the truly embittered, swap out your Suze for Campari.
