Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

There is a flat delivery fee of £4.95 per order for the UK (Ireland and Scottish highlands please call). Europe carriage is £25.00 for up to 2kgs. Some items carry an extra carriage charge of £4.00 or £7.00 per item as a special courier or packaging is required and is clearly identified.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow one week for processing your order. Once despatched allow 48hrs for receipt of goods.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns and Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. We are sorry but food cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 7 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Age policy
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any alcoholic product from our web site. By placing your order on our website or on the phone you are hereby representing to us that you are at least 18. All products delivered must be received by an adult of at least 18 years old.
